The site is operated by MSG Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website. Paid products and custom projects may also be covered by a separate proposal, order, or subscription agreement. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the project or subscription agreement prevails for that engagement.

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
• Interfere with security, availability, or other users
• Submit false, harmful, or infringing content
• Scrape, copy, or reuse our content except as allowed by law or with our written permission

Contact forms and emails are requests for information, not a binding contract. We may accept or decline work. Timelines such as “45–60 days to MVP” are typical ranges, not a guarantee, until scope is agreed in writing.

FileFree QMS, Apla Bazaar, and custom builds are provided as described in the relevant product materials or statement of work. Features, availability, and support levels may change. You are responsible for how your organisation uses the product, including accuracy of data you enter and compliance with your own quality, tax, and labour obligations.

If you create an account, you must keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly of unauthorised use. You retain rights in data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service.

For personal data, our Privacy Policy applies. Processing is intended to comply with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Where you are a business customer putting personal data of employees, vendors, or others into our products, you are typically the Data Fiduciary and must have a lawful basis (including notice and consent where required) to collect and share that data with us.

The website, branding, product names (including FileFree QMS), designs, and software we create remain our intellectual property unless a written agreement assigns otherwise. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell our products except as expressly permitted. Pre-existing customer materials remain yours.

Links to filefreeqms.com or other sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or availability.

The website is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information (including product descriptions) is always complete. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, or audit advice. FileFree QMS helps teams organise quality records; it does not by itself certify ISO or other compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, MSG Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data, or business arising from use of the website. For paid services, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the relevant service in the three months before the claim, unless a signed agreement states otherwise or liability cannot be limited by law (including fraud or wilful misconduct).

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or products, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law, including the DPDP Act as it applies to data you control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer or other protections that apply to you.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes to a paid subscription, we will notify the account owner where reasonably practicable.
